I’m Nikki Vacval, founder of Golden Road Co. I believe that confidence thrives on preparedness, organization, and clear communication. My passion lies in curating operational processes that harness these principles to drive the lasting success of creative projects.
Earning my BFA in Film Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University deepened my understanding of how structure supports creativity. With a focus on writing and directing, I discovered that organized processes are key to developing cohesive and compelling artistic visions.
In my visual effects career, working extensively in production on projects like Netflix’s Stranger Things, Amazon Prime’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and Disney’s Haunted Mansion refined my proactive communication skills. These skills were essential for maintaining harmonious team dynamics, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring successful outcomes.
